Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at CareConcierge@smooziq.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, please check your tracking information first.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events once the order has been shipped.
Damaged Items
